Nutrition care that meets you where you are
We take a weight-inclusive, non-diet, food-neutral approach to eating disorder recovery. Our role is to support you or your child and family in rebuilding trust with food - without shame, restriction, or diet rules.
We are informed by the principles of Family-Based Treatment (FBT), Intuitive Eating, Health at Every Size, and collaborate with your full care team when appropriate (therapist, pediatrician, etc.).

Teresa Romano, MS, RD, LDN, CEDS
Teresa is a registered dietitian with certifications in eating disorder recovery, binge eating treatment, and family-informed nutrition care. She also holds advanced training in fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum nutrition - helping parents and families navigate complex needs with clarity and compassion. Her approach is weight-inclusive, food-neutral, and tailored to each child’s unique experience.

Paulina Karecka, MS, RD, LDN
Paulina is a dedicated registered dietitian specializing in eating disorder treatment, with extensive experience across various levels of care, including residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. Her expertise is particularly focused on working with adolescents and their families through a Family-Based Therapy (FBT)-informed model, which emphasizes the role of parental involvement in nutritional counseling. Paulina is a weight-inclusive, Health At Every Size (HAES)-informed dietitian known for her compassionate and effective approach.
Her experience includes treating a range of eating disorders, including Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating Disorder, Other Specified Feeding or Eating Disorder (OSFED), Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID), and Diabulimia.
Her approach emphasizes health, food flexibility, and freedom while actively challenging diet culture and fostering a positive relationship with food. Paulina’s commitment to her clients has earned her positive feedback from both individuals and families.
