Appointments & Policies

We’re excited to help you on your wellness journey! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about scheduling appointments, payment options, our cancellation policy, and what to expect during your time with us.

Appointment Scheduling

We offer both in-person and virtual consultations to fit your needs.
We provide 1:1 Nutrition Counseling and Nutrition Coaching Services:

  • Nutrition Counseling Services: These include an initial nutrition assessment followed by follow-up appointments tailored to your individual needs.

  • Nutrition Coaching Services: These are available in packages that can be purchased for ongoing support and guidance.

To schedule your appointment, please use our easy online booking system or contact us directly to reserve your spot.

 

Payment and Pricing

We accept insurance policies including Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and United Health Care for Nutrition Counseling Services. For Nutrition Coaching Services, we offer cash pay options. We’ll submit insurance claims on your behalf and provide superbills for out-of-network policies for your convenience.

We also require that all clients maintain an active credit card on file, and all payments are processed securely through a trusted platform.

 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens! However, we do ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Late Cancellation Fee: $50 if canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled time.

  • No-Show Fee: The full price of the session will be charged if you do not show up for your appointment.

 

What to Expect

During your first appointment, we’ll conduct a thorough assessment of your nutrition and health history. This is a great time to ask any questions you may have, and we’ll begin creating a personalized plan to meet your goals.

Please bring any relevant information, such as:

  • Health history including recent lab work

  • Dietary intake information

  • Any medications or supplements you may be taking

 

Confidentiality and Privacy

We prioritize your privacy. All client information is kept confidential and handled in accordance with HIPAA regulations and other privacy standards.
